Finger jointer
Finger jointing machine to joint veneer in the length, with an invisible joint.Staggered fingerjoints are standard and butt jointing is possible. Other shapes on demand. To make master rolls and/or fixed lengths of veneer. The finger jointer can be modified in close dialogue with the customer according to the needs of the local market.
With new winder:
- possibility to wind bigger roll lengths (600m, 800m), depending on the thickness of veneer
- veneer is winded straight, even when the veneer has been rewinded frequently
- all settings automatically via computer
Options
- fleece stripper: it is keeping the length of the fleece more accurate.
- alu tape cutting knife system: when aluminium tape is used, instead of fleece.
- automatic start: the machine starts automatically when the veneer is fed into. The operator doesn't need to push the 'START'-button himself anymore.
- possibility to choose open (10mm) or closed joint: possibility to choose for: fingerjoint - butt joint - open butt joint - alu tape.
- automatic rollexchange: when the master roll has reached its length, it will be cut and pushed off on the carrousel or support.

- roll taper: when the master roll is finished (= reached its length), it will be automatically taped.
- carrousel: it accepts up to four rolls without intervention from the operator. It is used together with the automatic rollexchange and the roll taper.
- automatic infeedtable: option to make it possible that the fingerjointer can function during more than one hour without operator. The veneer goes automatically into the machine.
